[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a similar Whirlpool 1kW unit that failed after ten years service. Very happy the mount has not changed. The new one went right up on the old mount. Only complaint so far is that the door closure feels much cheaper when shutting it. Kind of like the difference between shutting the door on a Yugo compared to a Mercedes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased recently, so haven't used some/all of the features. So far we really like this microhood. My wife LOVES the non stick (?) interior, although I haven't made any big messy cleanups yet!
Takes some getting used to the buttons and the features that they offer, but in time will be a great help. Soon, the buttons will will be easily memorized. They really are self explanatory if you read the directions.
The "beep" end of cook sound is very low...can hardly hear it...does not have a volume control to turn it up & I would have liked that. That being such a minimal concern, hardly worth mentioning, I would not deduct any stars on the rating as it has nothing to do with the using /cooking of this microwave.
I would recommend this microhood. So far, am very happy!
