Poor exterior top design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the microwave about 2 weeks ago. It is noisy and has an odd vibration. It has microwaved food appropriately so far. The open top area where venting is seems like there should be a screen or grate over it. The noise would be less if the top were enclosed somewhat. You can look right into the inside microwave case. Seems a very poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new microwave, just not the way the door opens…it’s zero clearance which really messed things up with my kitchen cupboard. We had to remove the cupboard door and reduce the size & add spacer wood so the microwave door would open 😞
