Great new features

Easy to wipe clean and nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed nearly a month ago and I enjoy the ease of cleaning the interior surfaces after cooking. I have noticed a vibration noise in the initial start of the microwave, but I am waiting to see if this continues or is less noticeable over time. I like the finish musical tune rather than a beep, it isn't as jarring to hear when food is finished cooking. I appreciate the two light levels, the three fan levels, and the ability to turn off the key-beeping when entering time or other settings. I'm looking forward to trying more of the microwave's features.

Efficient Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave does a decent job of warming, reheating, and cooking . This model comes with a rack that I found rather bothersome. While it's nice to have more than one dish cooking (on two levels), it presented a problem with sparking in the microwave. I removed the rack and now use the microwave without it.

Great Features

Very Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Microwave works as designed. But is much louder when cooking than the Whirlpool microwave that it replaced. This unit is basically the same unit that we had installed in 2011. We will probably request a service call in order to address the noise situation.
