[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just OK. Sound (Tones) are too low even on loudest setting. A choice of only two sounds either of which I cannot hear to well. Prefer a loud BEEP instead of a benign "sing song" tone which cannot be heard over normal sounds in the home (i.e. TV, radio, conversation, etc.) Came with the manufactured home. Would not purchase if I had a choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, this was easy to install as it fit in the wall brace where my previous microwave was, and into the previous electrical outlet. A few features new to me are the handle to pull the door open and the extra shelf inside to be able to cook more food at one time. I like the sturdiness of the handle as my previous microwave’s door wore out and quit working from having just a plastic door latch. I like the stainless steel look on the inside as it’s easier to clean. The fan is efficient, and the microwave itself is user friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fan is quiet and so is the unit when in operation

However, there are some things that the old one had that I wish the new did: 1) the clock was bigger and could be seen and read from across the room; 2) I could regulate the sounds made by the keypad and the alarms; and, the turntable was larger.
