Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works well and I'm happy with my purchase. Buyer beware though, if you decide to have it shipped and installed it was an unpleasant process. The delivery was cancelled 20 minutes before its scheduled arrival and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive. While I know this is not Whirpool's fault necessarily, I was unhappy with that aspect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Microwave Ever!!!

I've had great luck with Whirlpool appliances so I thought I'd try this one. It is absolutely wonderful. I am amazed how quickly it heats food up compared to my old one. You can't go wrong with this microwave.

I also love that when it was delivered the delivery guys installed it for me and took the old fan/light that was in the place where I wanted the microwave to go. I have used this microwave/fan/light almost every day and it is so great!

Timely & Friendly Technician

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Technician arrived at the start of the service window, was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the long standing issue I was having with the appliance wasn't happening on the date of the service, so no repair was made.
