[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago; it's my first stainless steel appliance. It looks great and works great. Haven't used all the options yet, but is nice to have them. The Defrost Mode did work perfect though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about a month ago and it fit well in my kitchen with my other appliances. There is one thing that I don’t care for. Because it is 1000 watts it takes longer to heat food than the other one I had which was 1200 watts. Everything we saw in stores was 1000 watts. Not really impressed with that feature. But I have to make do! Capacity fine! Like options to choose for cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our outdated hood style microwave with this unit. It is much more efficient at cooking and weighs less. Was able to use the same mounting bracket. Terrific product for the price!

It isn’t highly sophisticated which suits us perfectly. The first one delivered had a manufacturing flaw in the case but the second one delivered was fine.
