It has a great appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don't like a microwave, when using the rack inside if you don't heat food on the top and bottom of the rack, it sparks up and burns the inside of the microwave! other than that I love the microwave but to me that's major!

Has a bad sensor out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works, but none of the program buttons will work. Humidity sensor error out of the box. Took days to get response from support and can't tell me if a service call will cost me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
