[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has been performing well so far. The features on this microwave are nice and never had a rack for steaming purposes. Installing it wasn’t too bad but it works like a champ.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to go with the Whirlpool brand because the house I bought has Whirlpool appliances, all of which were dated 1998, when the house was built. The existing microwave worked perfectly, but did not have an outside vent, which is what I was told I needed when I remodeled the kitchen. So, I had to order this one. When I received it, I was a bit disappointed in that it is not nearly as nice as the 1998 model. It is big and bulky and very "metal" sounding when opening and closing the door. It is not quiet at all. For the life of me, I cannot get the clock to stay off of military time, no matter how many times I've reset it. The buttons are very hard to push and even though it is supposed to be a higher wattage, it does not cook as fast as my 1998 model. I really wish I had been able to keep the 1998 model. They don't make them like that anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy clean and operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this unit. Vented outside allows for cooking odor removal. Love the easy clean interior for quick wipe with a damp cloth. Multiple light and fan settings are helpful for kitchen environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is the newer model of the one I'd had before. The old one performed well for 13 years until the panel went out on it, and I couldn't ask it to have done better. With that knowledge I looked for another one like it. The best feature I've found on this new one is that it has a steam feature that is so intuitive. It senses how much I have in the machine and gauges the correct time to cook it perfectly!
I would recommend this to a friend!
