[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t the one who chose the appliances in this new condo - the microwave works fine but it has a tinny sound when you cook and open the door - just sounds cheap for lack of better words.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It sparks when started up with rack inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with a new build and I had a inspector make sure all appliances were working as his turning it on 5 seconds into cycle it was sparking. He tried this several times. To no avail. So building construction superintendent cane ub switched out a screw and it continued to do it. My hubby comes home and told me what to do. I corrected issue. The rack not the correct metal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I love this microwave! Not so much at first, because the directions for setting it up, we’re not real clear if you’re someone of age! I figured it out though, and I am very happy now with it and I’m glad I made the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am comparing this microwave with my basic 20 year old microwave. My old microwave allowed you to just press any number from one to five and it would automatically start, e.g., press 1 and it would go for one minute. this microwave you must press 100 and start to get it to go. Most of my cooking with a microwave is just heating up something from the refrigerator or freezer and only required 5 or less minutes. Great feature I miss. the microwave came with the brand new house so it was selected by the builder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
