Perfect for our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago and enjoy the features. Soften/melt is great. We also like that you can silence the keypad & ending beep as we have older children who use the microwave at different times at night.

Look for another make and model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd on of these make and models I have owned. The first one lasted a little over a year then display acted up and smelled like it was burning. I replaced that one with same make and model not wanting to change holes in my new kitchen when installing. The second one lasted a few months then started acting up. Warranty replaced the board and sensor but didn’t fix the problem. Whirlpool replaced with new one same make and model. This weekend approximately 1 month after new one installed the display would not work. The unit itself work but no display. Thirty minutes later the display came on. I am really feed up with this make and model. I am happy with other Whirlpool appliances but would not purchase another microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
