[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DIssappointed. do not have the timed defrost as I had on my previous one. timed defrost is great for one item.(such as bagel, Eng Muffin). No idea why this changed.

Stopped heating in less than 9 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad there is at least a one year warranty on the unit. It suddenly stopped heating after a bit more than 8 months. The microwave is nice, when working it does a great job. Disappointing that it blew a capacitor that kept it from heating anything and that it took more than a month to get repaired. Use caution when purchasing. Our countertop LG lasted more than 20 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
