VERY short on power

I've had two of these microwaves, and I'm not sure if it's the Sensor Cook technology, but forget about this thing cooking quickly. I sent the first one back because I thought it abnormal to take 1:30 to heat up 1 piece of pizza or over 6 minutes to boil 1 cup of water. The replacement model does the same thing. So if your microwave vegetable pack says "Cook on high for 6 minutes" you'll be waiting for 9+ minutes and that's not always enough time.So if you don't mind being frustrated waiting and waiting and waiting maybe this is for you. Otherwise, I would definitely not recommend on a performance basis. Everything else including the looks and ease of cleaning is great, but an EZ Bake oven is more powerful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new microwave.

Our family loves our new microwave. The defrost feature works great without cooking the meat. The butter soften feature works great without leaving a puddle of melted butter. The inside wipes up very easily and the interior size is huge. It looks great, too.

When you choose potato it cooks it. When you choose fresh, frozen, or can vegetables it cooks it. It does very well with the defrost option.

My only problem with this microwave is that at times, if the rotating tray inside is not placed correctly, the microwave makes an awful sound. One must be careful when replacing the tray after cleaning.
