Love this microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always had a counter top microwave. The last one for 10 years. We are so pleased we finally upgraded to a over the range microwave. Not to mention, the easy to use options the we now have with this microwave is AWESOME! This was a perfect upgrade for our household. We love it!

Hasn't even been 6 months and already not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was working fine and then, appeared to be working, but won't heat anything. We already have to uninstall it ourselves and they are bringing parts to fix it. We are not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No warranty help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought back in August. 2 weeks ago randomly started arcing anytime it was used. There is a gap where the shelf holder meets the wall that is scorched. Tried many times to get through to speak to someone on the warranty line but have it been able to speak to an actual person. I’m replacing this with a GE

Love this Microwave

just purchased which make #3. Have never had any major problems sand we find the microwave cooks things quickly, which in a busy household is important. Would not look at any other make !!

excellent mid grade microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively simple installation, it would have been good to have help although I was able to install it by myself. Changing the outside venting from the previous microwave was the biggest challenge. it would be nice for manufacturers to share a common mounting mounting mechanism and exhaust convention.
