[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome Microwave. We like the features such as the potato, 30 second and warm controls. It seems hotter than our previous microwave. It is easy to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave when used in manual mode i.e. set time and temperature work very well although the presets like reheat, popcorn, defrost failed because of sensor error out of the box. Although the Whirlpool warranty covers the issue, the process has taken more than a month and of week 6 still not repaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this a month now and love it. I only by whirpool. Last microwave I had was 14 years old,, and it still worked. I upgraded to this one along with all of my appliances.
