Worked for 1.5 years-Control Panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New construction, builder supplied appliances and so it was brand new, closed on the house Dec 20. My range under microwave light burned out in the first 7 months. Changed the bulb no issue. Just went out again and now the light stays on 24/7. The screen says LOW light or HIGH for the dim setting and the lights stays on no matter what. I messed with breakers and bought recommended bulbs, now repair man told me I need to replace the control panel!!! It’s still new!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything a microwave should do, but there is a design flaw with the lighting on the underside of the unit. The light is too far back, which leads to very low light toward the front of the stove underneath it. The light also shines (like a spotlight) directly on the back part of the Whirlpool stove below it. It is very uncomfortable and unattractive.

Very easy to keep clean
