Door make very loudly when open and closing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned the Whirlpool microwave for 7 years and it stopped heating, order this new Whirlpool microwave. The deliver was quick. After the microwave installed I noticed the inside is gray in color the touch like metal feel , it made very dark hard to see inside ( the old microwave we had smooth touch was in white color and very easy to see and easy to clean). The new microwave cheap made, the door making loud noise when open and close, loud enough that you can hear someone open or close the door in any room in the house . I am very disappointed with the new made Whirlpool microwave, not recommended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Range light not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range light went out, replaced it and now it won’t turn off. Bought a replacement circuit board but apparently whirlpool has changed the model no. Board is slightly different from original and I cannot get any help on details.
