[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and works great! Only complaint would be the “music” it plays when the timer goes off. I turned it off but now there’s not sound. May be that I don’t know how to just turn on “beeps”. :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for about 3 weeks, satisfied overall but there are few issues. Key pad font is very fine, hard to see in daylight room lighting. Maybe bolder font or backlighting would improve it. Defrost cycle doesn't have a time option, only type or weight. I haven't figured out the steam option other than adding a few tbsp of water during the heating cycle, couldn't any microwave do that?

Great with 1 Caveat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10 months ago along with all my other whirlpool products. All are great. I have one issue with this one, partially my fault. It has a metal rack inside and I somehow must have gotten a tiny piece of some food stuck in the rack holder. When I cooked something that was in for a little bit the food caught fire with flames. It really blackened the white plastic like thing and side wall of microwave. Was able to clean most of the black off the wall. Tried to clean the rack holder after I unscrewed and removed it but it didn't clean well and I dropped it on floor and it broke so...can't use the rack anymore. Otherwise it has great features that are intuitive. Other than the fire my favorite microwave...Going to try and buy the plastic part just haven't had time.

Works good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both lights, inside and under the microwave are very dim. I got a larger wattage LED bulb and now it doesn’t go out when in off. Read reviews this is common with Whirlpools if you install a LED bulb. Microwave works fine otherwise. We just use that light underneath a lot.
