[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave last month and am impressed. It looks neat and elegant. It’s the first microwave I had where the butter/cheese softening buttons actually soften just to the right extent. It’s other features are also quite useful.I would like to have 1-touch button for 1,2,3 minutes use, which I had in my last microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave and we are totally satisfied with it. This is a large microwave for the size. My only issue is when doing popcorn I get a F4E4 humidity sensor error code. I looked online and this seems to be a product issue. Whirlpool how do I resolve this issue? Sound like a product warranty issue.

Easy to install

Although a direct replacement was not available, this microwave was the same dimensions and actually had more features. I was able to easily install this above oven unit by myself. Extremely happy with the results and it has worked flawlessly since installing.
