[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensor technology takes a long time with no warning of approximate time needed. There is no pause button. When using the rack, warming takes a very long time and often the food isn’t warm enough. The machine looks nice, has a pause button, and is easy o clean. The instruction manual is worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
