It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace an existing microwave from a different well-known manufacturer. The fan does not work as well as my old one. And there aren't as many features with the buttons. It's not a simple one button to press to mute the sounds, which I use quite frequently, so that's a huge negative for me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Microwave. Installation Parts not clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new microwave. Finding the exact vent parts needed was a challenge, even on the Whirlpool site. It would be helpful if these were listed on the product web page with links. One push 1 minute time start buttons (1, 2, 3, etc) would be appreciated.
