Be careful of the wire shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven was provided by the builder of our new home. When my wife first used it she didn’t check that the wire shelf was properly seated so we had a bit of arcing when she turned it on. We hit cancel quickly but not before it blackened the left rear corner.
Placed a cup of water to test and it seems to be functioning.

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 12+ year old Whirlpool microwave of the same size. This one is much better. First off it's better made. The old one had many plastic parts which did not stand the wear of time very well. This new one has metal parts which appear to be able to last much longer. Secondly the new microwave looks great. It's a positive addition to the kitchen. Third of all the interior of the microwave is much easier to clean. The surfaces easily wipe off from any splatter or spills that may occur.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought this today and love it so much. You can tell how well it is built just by the sturdy door on the microwave. Very large on the inside and looks great in my kitchen.
