This is my second whirlpool microwave and it is the best. It has wonderful features, cooks fast and accurate. I use it more that my whirlpool stove. I even sold my old white whirlpool for top dollar and new owner love that one also.

I just hope it lasts longer than my last one did (a little over a year, name rhymes with Ramrung). Have had it 12 days so far, love the lights underneath, just wish the control panel lit up. Big door window, and good interior lighting. I didn't know you could use a metal rack in a microwave, still too scared to try it and really don't have a need for it, but it is there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with the way the microwave works. The things that would improve it is 1) put the light in the front of the microwave and not the back. It puts a shadow on the front eyes where you do the most cooking 2) put the clock numbers at the top of the display for better visibility. We like the other features.
