Very slow cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very loud when it runs, and at 100% power, still runs very slow....8 min to heat up soup to just warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features, quiet and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is the third unit in this house in 10 years. I have to say it's the quietest fan ever, fastest cooking machine of all 3
(LG, Samsung huge magnetron issues) and the little features like starting in 30 second increments, 1 touch defrost make this a desirable appliance. I would recommend it to anyone!

I only but Whirlpool brand; they have proven to be tried & true throughout my 40 years of raising 6 children. My only complaint is that the directions should have labeled the start button; it took me 2 days to figure out how to start it; it’s the little arrow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want affordable and DEPENDABLE appliances then you want to buy Whirlpool. I have had great Whirlpool appliances that lasted forever. Even the independent repairmen that were used occasionally said that Whirlpools were the best !

Poor Quality

Microwave is 3 month old and already 3 device calls. It just stop working again. Very poor quality with circuit boards and build.

So far we're not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our microwave 3 weeks. It came with poor instructions. It took us 2 weeks to figure out that we pressed "cook time" to put in the time needed to cook. The sensor system isn't working for us...heating or defrosting...food is either too done or not warm enough. We know how long it takes to defrost our frozen fruit but there's no way that we know of to manually time defrost....if there is, let us know! Consequently, we have to stand there and stop it before the time is up so that the fruit isn't warm. But, it works and it looks good! That's about the best thing I can say about it.
