Eight months in and so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For an inexplicable reason, our builder put this only 21" above the stove. So it gets pretty darned hot when we are cooking. But so far it works like a charm, and that's with five people using it daily for nearly eight months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No Great Shakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does what it is supposed to do and looks nice. Large capacity and relatively quiet except when using the exhaust fan - it is very loud. Biggest complaint is that the key pad is not back-lit. It requires the kitchen lights to be on at night to see the controls. The work light is dim and dimmer.
I believe this is their low end model. It is hard to determine the quality based on the short time I've had it, but it works fine.
