Easy to use and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this a little over a month and so far its been amazing. Popcorn is always perfectly popped, reheating is a breeze. Lots of room for larger bowls ot cups. Easy to use and figure out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Find the turntable very difficult to out back in the unit after removing to clean.
Not really slure why the top rack has to be removed if not using two levels. Another inconvenience
