[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a table top style microwave before this and it heated way better than this one. I did a frozen bag of broccoli that is supposed to be done on high in 6 minutes. It still have cold pieces in it. Otherwise, it seems to be fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features especially the steam setting for veg

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replace an older model the only drawback I have is my previous microwave had a feature where all you had to do was select numbers 1-5 and it would cook in minutes with the corresponding number you selected

However, the vent cover/screen on the bottom is very flimsy and cheap. It does not stay in place very good.

It’s quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this microwave. It heats well and is much quieter than my last model. Like the “sensing” feature also. The only problem I’ve seen so far is that the door doesn’t line up properly when it is closed. The door edge is below the edge of the microwave but that doesn’t seem to affect the function.
