Good to Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works extremely well but I do have a couple of things that were poorly done. The owner manual that is available is poorly written and lacking for complete information on how the various function that can be programed and work. Could have used a cook book that featured this unit and it functions! The touch pad points at the bottom that include start, can and other functions is too small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OK unit but not our first choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was supplied by D.R. Horton the builder and we it is our opinion and guessing it is the lowest cost builder model available. The unit construction light and flimsy each time we open the door it feels like it is made of tin foil and going to fall off.
Our friend lives in the same complex and after only four years had to replace it and the Whirlpool Frig, we are concerned about the lack of construction quality.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of this model for years, so when it died, I bought this and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve updated the soften/melt mode and it works like a charm. The defrost mode is also fantastic. I never get partially cooked meat on the edges anymore. Great microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the microwave about 2 months. Ian soooo happy with it. Cooks, melts, warms, and everything else perfectly. Oh and did I mention popcorn?! Perfectly! Very quiet and no tinny sound when I open the door.
