Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago. I didn't need one as big, but it matches the Whirpool double oven I purchased last year. I will be replacing my other kitchen appliances with Whirlpool as well. This microwave is pretty and does everything I need it to do. Installation wasn't that bad at all.

Really nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this for about six weeks now. It took a minute to get used to the new buttons and functions. That said it really makes more since for operation than our last one. Preset cooking for chicken, fish, defrost, warm, popcorn are all on the money. Cooked salmon and it was the best salmon I have ever had. I was born on an island so I know fish. Cook perfect!!!! The machine looks nice and works great it is also very quiet cooking and operation as well as closing the door. Really nice as we have 6 kids using it all day and night.

Poor Quality Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a week or so, so far so good. However, it came from the factory with marks on the inside of the glass on the door and the inside plastic was peeling. This is necessary to protect the grid from interfering with the microwaves. Poor quality control from factory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the microwave is over one year old, and has been flawless. The only exception is the light under the microwave for the stove did not last very long. we use the light all the time and thought it would last longer
