Easy clean, poor roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is easy yo use and really easy to clean! Wipes up well! The roller hops off track all the time. Not happy. Got a circular roller, standard, it jumps off track too. I have tried 3. Then i stacked two of them and its better. Still not ideal. Cooks even and does the job. Happy for the most part. The roller under the glass is a 3 not four roller. the 4 didnt work either. I put a 3 and 4 togeter, works better

In January 2021, out same model microwave started on fire while popping popcorn. It burnt a hole in the glass turntable. We contacted our dealer and they ordered us a new microwave.
They installed it in February. So far has been working well!
