It works well.
The microwave popcorn setting, is the best we have ever had. It doesn't burn the popcorn and leaves less than 10 old maids in the bag.
Good job of clearing the fumes from the stove top.
The start button icon is not intuitive. I had to read the manual for location.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave replaced a 15-year old Whirlpool, which had done everything it was supposed to do. This one does not. The "Sensor Cooking" is a misnomer. Pushing "Potato" on the previous unit produced perfectly-cooked potatoes every time. This one, left alone, typically overcooks or undercooks. Our only recourse has been to check with a thermometer, which requires opening the oven door, which cancels the automatic "Sensor" cooking. The "Defrost" function doesn't. The "Melt/Soften" function melts what we want to soften, and softens what we want to melt. And on, and on. I'd pay double what this one cost, to get our old one back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
