Call made to warranty dept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago, the microwave sparked as though it were going to catch fire. We immediately turned it off. I called regarding the warranty people. The lady I talked to said that she would do a search to find a technician in our area. I never heard back from her and now the warranty has expired.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND FEATURES OF THIS MICROWAVE. iT IS QUIET AND EASY TO USE. I WISH THE COOK TIME WAS EASIER TO SET. YOU HAVE TO PUSH EACH NUMBER TO GET 1:30. MY OTHER MICROVAVE YOU COULD PUSH 1 THEN PUSH ADD 30 SEC. THIS WAS MUCH EASIER.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are generally pleased with the appliance. It is bigger than expected. The warm-up and defrost features work well. There are no short-cut buttons other than +30 sec. This leaves more unpopped kernels in microwave popcorn than our last microwave.

Good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this microwave very much, but it has less power than my old microwave, and so it takes a bit longer to cook/heat the food. Also, I do not like the 4 times that the microwave sounds when it is done. The option is either no sound or hearing those horrible beeping tones 4 times in sequence. I need some sound, so I am stuck listening to the 4 beeping sounds each time I use the microwave. My husband and I rush to the food immediately, just so we can stop that innane sound when the food timer is done.
