Quiet Cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy most all of the features, especially the defrost options. The two things that I have had issues with is the carousal plate comes off the track too easily and often. The other thing I have had issues with is that for some unknown reason it will go dark, no exterior digital lights and will not operate until I get manual out and take it off sleep mode. Frustrating!! But other than those two things, it seems to be comparable to other microwaves I've owned in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been in service for 2 months, use it every day. Defrost is superior in that it does it evenly. Heats food evenly and IT RUNS VERY QUIET. Timer can be used while cooking with microwave. Very very happy with purchase. Easy to install.

Replacement Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave replaced an identical one that we had purchased a few years ago. The old one could only be used 2 times in succession, and then the fan would cut out. It was obviously defective, and should have been returned. The new one is wonderful.....we have not had any issues with it cutting out on us.
