[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave site unseen & it took three months for it to arrive. We bought it on the whirlpool name as a good product. It was so easy to install. The directions were right on the money. I enjoy cooking with it. Warming things up is a breeze. It looks great, it fit in the space of the old one perfect. Is very quiet operating & the control are great & easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this appliance for over a year now, while the microwave functions just fine the exhaust fan doesn't. I am unable to fry, boil, steam, or cook some foods on the front burners of my stove because the exhaust fan will not "suck up" the smoke. I am forced to use the smaller back burners instead. Whether this is a design flaw or an install error I don't know.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is ridiculously quiet compared to my old one and has a pleasant but not annoying beep when it's done. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel was well worth the extra money. It is a bit of a monster so please note how far it may stick beyond your cabinets.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The re-heat option is great. In the past you pop in a leftover plate and set it on 90 seconds. When you take it out it may or may not be at the correct temperature and alway tasted like it was re-heated in a microwave. With the re-heat option, the food is always the correct temperture and taste as if you just cooked it.
