It has many features. It works well. We like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first installation seems to have gone well. After the installer left, I noticed the door and microwave were not flat. On further inspection it looked like the unit was slightly crushed.
The wrapping looked good so I have to believe it came from the factory damaged already. I'm not too happy the installer didn't see the damage. Microwaves would have been leaking. I stopped using it right away. It was replaced a few weeks later with another unit. This one was inspected by me before the installer mounted it. The microwave is great, but the ball was dropped on the first one somewhere between the factory and the installer.
