[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a good work warming food but I needed to remove the center rack after a weird noise and spark came out from one corner of the rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old microwave could warm a cup of coffee in 17 seconds on the custom setting. This microwave takes 1.5 minutes. Would take my old one back in a heartbeat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
