[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is great. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT WHIRLPOOL. You might as well spit in the wind and cry. Buy your appliance knowing you will have hours of frustration on hold until someone actually answers who then transfers you to *cough, cough* yet another customer service rep to help with another 3 hour wait time with no resolve. Complete time suck.

Hope This One Lasts Longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this same microwave about 4 years ago and the magnetron went out.
I talked with a repairman, who is a friend, and he said that the magnetrons are very expensive and suggested we just buy a new one. We bought the same unit to simplify installation.
We are hoping this one lasts longer.
We are very happy with the features and the performance of the unit but are a bit dismayed with the short life span.

The microwave works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine but I wish it had the quick time set buttons in addition to the add 30 seconds button. Also the light bulb for over the stovetop did not last very long. When I replaced it, the light will not turn off. My daughter has a couple year older model of the Whirlpool microwave and has the same light bulb problem.

Great Microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. We weren't sure we could install it ourselves, but my husband had it in above the stove in less than 1/2 an hour. It works really well and there is a lot of inside space! I love the sensor features. Perfect popcorn every time!
