[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality. Easy out of the box, and easy to install. Mounting bracket on microwave matched/aligned with existing mounting bracket on wall, so installation was made even easier. Intuitive controls. Quiet operation. Relatively quiet exhaust fan with three speeds. Clean-up has been easy when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe it's about a year since I purchased this microwave. It's not quite as powerful as our former unit which "gave out" after years of service, but I had to buy parts for it. It too was an "over-the range" style. Over all, this appliance has performed well, but I was surprised that I've already had to replace the small light bulb beneath it. I've been encouraged many times to purchase an expensive service contract for it and I hope this is not suggesting that it needs it to keep it operating!

Overall happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a year ago due to favorable reviews and it fit in my space where the old microwave died. My biggest beef is that the programmed selections are almost worthless. Especially auto defrost! And you can't stop the turntable on the auto cooking features which makes cooking in a 13X9 glass pan impossible, You always have to go with manual settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacing 2 YO with new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a whirlpool microwave/ convection unit 2 years ago that’s started to make a grinding noice while using microwave and not working either. We had all whirlpool appliances in black stainless,so we got this unit to match. So far so good everything works well and it looks good too. Hopefully this microwave lasts longer

Great Microwave!
