Most features work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was not difficult. It works well except for the "add 30 seconds" button. When this button is pressed more than once, it will run a short while and just shut off, and not at the end of the time period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Improvements from previous generation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the same machine as my old one. The old one had a lot of wear and tear in it (teenagers) and the plastic handle started to crack. The new one has a completely redesigned handle made out of metal that is much sturdier. I love the new grey finish on the inside as well, makes clean up a breeze.

Two Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when we moved into our new home. We’ve had a couple of issues with this microwave. Not sure what it’s called, but the thing with little wheels that the glass plate sits on is very flimsy for the job it does. It has come off its track a couple of times. Very annoying. Also, the light on the bottom side of the microwave flickers and sometimes goes out for not reason. Also, very annoying
