[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of comparison research before this purchase, and I'm glad I did! Whirpool was not at the top of my list, but this microwave has been a dream, with clear install instructions, an easy and clear keypad for programming and usage, quiet operation, and an interior that is never difficult to clean. We have had this unit for almost a year now, and have not experienced a single problem!! The LED lights on the underside have two settings (bright and dim), and the power saver will even turn off even the clock display when not in use! A very good machine at a very good price!
