Seems to function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long story, but I'll try to make it short. My 20 year old biscuit colored Whirlpool microwave finally pooped out and I decided not to repair it because of parts availability going forward. My kitchen is fitted entirely with Whirlpool biscuit colored appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. I could only locate one microwave in stock in this color on the east coast, and it was located in North Carolina. Long lead times were quoted for this color if ordered. I ordered and picked up this unit on the way from my Florida home to my Maryland home, wherein it sat there for over three months until I returned to Florida and installed it. Bottom line, I use it in the morning for oatmeal and in the evening for frozen vegetables, it always overcooks the vegetables even when I set it to less done. I do not know how to adjust it from there as the instructions are minimal and/or lacking, especially when compared to the full manual that had come with my older Whirlpool microwave. Overall, it works, at least for my uses, and the oatmeal. The fan is noisy on medium speed, fine on high and low.

Nice Micro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only item needs better design is the rotating dish - not a very good design - falls off the track very easily unless its exactly right on the track - have to be careful when taking items off the glass dish - other previous micros not a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are not pleased with the exhaust fan. it doesn't take away the steam. Alll the steam goes in front of the microwave. we were never given any instruction manual. tried looking it up but it wouldn't download.
