[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Whirlpool microwave about 6 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with it. This model replaced a new microwave from a competitor that lasted 2 years and had two service calls so we pulled the plug when the second service call was going to cost more than we spent for the microwave when it was new.
The new Whirlpool is very quiet, more powerful and has a nicer look than its replacement. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this model to anyone who wants high value for their money!

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I haven’t had this microwave long it works great and looks amazing. It received 4 stars instead of 5 because of the bulge on the right side where the electrical is. It’s almost as if there is to much electrical to fit the space so there is a noticeable separation in the seam and bulge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love everything except the sound level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 4 appliances that were delivered 1-5-2021. I am pleased with the cooking performance of the microwave but I am very unhappy with the sound level. If I am in the living room I am not able to hear it. I contacted the company that I bought it from to see if there was a control for the sound level that I could turn up. They said there was not a control for the sound level. They sent someone out to look at it and he told me that he thought the sound level was normal for this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
