Enjoying this micro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The micro is large and quiet. the final ding is not annoying. few directions come w it and when we called for help, there was none. the re is no additional guide as to how to use it. we had to figure it out. we're older people and not so tech savvy. we asked for the complaint department and they said they didn't have one. a big company like whirlpool? really? don't think so. so, the micro is great. the company service is not. also, it does not heat up at the same temp level that our old GE did. i have to program for 30 seconds more to get the same ending temp for coffee water.

Best Microwave ever

Whirlpool Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this microwave, very similar to the one we have had for 20 yrs and yes it was a Whirlpool as well. The only thing I don't like about it, is the placing of the light. It's in the back and it doesn't do much lighting of the range. It should be up front or at least in the middle. Or have a light in back and one in front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the unit works well and I like the fact that it is vented outside. However it does bring a lot of cold air into the unit and into the kitchen. Like having a second shelf even if we removed for daily usage so a lid or cover fits over container
