Big microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a large capacity, it runs much hotter than my old one. The preset features tend to overcook items. I wish it would let me manually set my defrost time. It has been working like it should. I have only had it for a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave about a month ago. It has so many options and I especially love the reheat functions. The food comes out hot but not overcooked. For the price it was was a very good buy!

Like the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we like the size of the new micro wave. Dislike the fact there aren't any one touch start buttons, like tapping the number 1 for 1 minute and it starts automatically. Installation templates aren't very helpful because they are folded and you can't get them flat on the surface to transfer the marks for the bolt holes in the cabinet, so yes there is more than one hole for one of the bolts. It doesn't seem to heat as well as our old microwave. I hope it lasts longer than 4 years, the life of our old one which was a Kenmore and I believe made by Whirlpool. It's a microwave just like any other so that's why I would recommend it to someone else.
