Easy to cook with/Like the sensing feature/Food ho

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to update an old 2005 microwave which did not have the new sensing features.The food is extremely hot and takes little time to heat up/thaw.It is built well and have not had to use the metal racks to date that came with microwave. I left my metal racks in the old microwave in past and wonder whether this contributed to electrical failure.Thanks for new warnings of leaving rack out unless cooking multiple items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Microwave in August 2020. I'm concerned because the wire rack sets off sparks when in use. We've now remove it before Microwaving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
