[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Whirlpool was so easy to use from the very start. The controls are self-explanatory and we had no problem adjusting to a new microwave after our old one died!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice unit. Larger interior than I expected. Selected it for the biscuit color to match rest of kitchen suite.
Notes:
Light would be better closer to front.
Button for Light should be moved to the right, swapping location with FAN button. This would make it a snap to find the light button in a dark, unlit kitchen.
Cooks great, lots of thought went into the "tech" for cooking/timing. Sensor function is accurate to acheive proper doneness.

Lots of new settings than my previous one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we purchased this appliance I did not realize how handy the "new to me" settings would be. Love the soften/melt feature and the choices on the defrost setting. So far, all is working well and I am still trying new buttons.
