Loved our old Whirlpool

Great Looking Microwave

ONE MAJOR ISSUE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similar Whirlpool Microwave and liked it a lot. This machine functions very well. The one major issue involves installation. The template that is provided to mount the microwave at the top to the shelf, DID NOT MATCH THE ACTUAL MICROWAVE!! The template DID MATCH MY PREVIOUS WHIRLPOOL MICROWAVE THAT I WAS REMOVING!!!!! In other words, they updated the microwave but did not think to update the top installation template. SHAME ON THEM.
