Perfect for my needs

Heats good but a couple of drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave heats well as expected but it has a couple of drawbacks. First, the inside light is too dim compared to what we had before and there no way to adjust the brightness. Second, the beep is low and can't be heard if you are away from the unit. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the volume with this microwave. Third, the side of keypad is not flush with the side of the microwave body which is slightly elevated resulting in a tapering gap of ca.1/8" at the midpoint. We asked the installer about this and he said that's how it came out of the box. If I had my option, I would not buy this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 30 second button! Push it multiple times for longer heating. Super easy to use and easy to thaw frozen things. Unthaws my frozen hamburger in minutes! Helpful for when I forget to take it out of the freezer the day before! Highly recommend!

Love the Sensor!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed in my new home. I absolutely love the sensor that kicks on the fan when the temperature levels increase during cooking!! I like the functions that lets me know when my food warming or cooking is completed.
