Great Microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new Whirlpool microwave. It works well and has a cute little chime when the cycle is finished. Be aware they do not come with an instruction booklet, you have to go online to obtain that information. Otherwise would highly recommend Whirlpool products!

As good as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm the kind of buyer that can afford what I want, but I won't spend money on what I don't need. This microwave had a good balance of new technologies with functions that fit well with what my family needs. The basic function of being able to start the microwave for 30 seconds with one-touch and add 30 seconds at a time is useful, although functions to add 1 to 3 minutes with one-touch would be nice. The defrost works with pretty good accuracy, it will defrost multiple pounds without much cooking on the edges. I have not had to double level cook, although it is nice to have that option. I have only found one or two items that do not cook well as directed, but that may just be because the food directions may not be accurate for all microwaves. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I have had no complaints from my family about the new microwave that we have now had for at least 5 months.
