New Micro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a two month delay we finally received the microwave and had it installed. It has far more "human engineering" than the Kit. Aid unit it replaced. The Kitchen Aid Unit was a bundle of frustration to use. Glad it died. The Whirlpool is easy to use. One item we need to investigate is that the fan starts whenever you micro something. Need to see if it can be programmed to only work when we want it too. I would have given the unit 5 stars if it was not for the long delay and the fan issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the space and the features this microwave has. I especially like the second shelf option. So far we have been very pleased with our purchase. The only thing I wish this microwave would have is backlights behind the keypad. If I just want to turn on the light above the stove you can’t see the buttons without turning on the overhead light at night.

The only changes I would make is the light inside needs to be brighter and the light underneath needs to be moved forward, it’s way in back.

More than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was just looking for a high quality regular microwave, but some of the new features like the 2nd rack and sensing settings are super interesting. I just wish the beep was different, it has a little chime rather than a standard beep, and it's a little long.

Still learning how to use it as old Microwave was 18 years old. loved It so have to adjust to new technical products. I do believe it is smarter than I am. Ha!!! So far it is performing more than expected.
