Nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 15 year old OTR Whirlpool that finally died. This one is a little bigger than the old, bigger in depth and in height, which is taking a little to get used to. Other than that, a very nice unit with the same type of controls that the old one had. Would prefer the display to be green rather than the blue.

Very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adequate at best, as in my fist review. Using it now for a while proves it to be only adequate. Performance is average and features are less convenient than my 15 year old Whirlpool it replaced. Be careful using their measuring template to install the unit. The template does not line up with the hanging slots or the mounting bolts on the unit. I had to measure everything on my own. Glad I checked the alignment before drilling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
